In the attachment you will find the information and application form for the 2010 China Scholarship Council (CSC) - UU PhD Programme. This programme offers Chinese students the opportunity to do a full (4 year) PhD at Utrecht University. Do note that as of this year the UU selection procedure has been changed.
 
Huygens
As of this year the Netherlands HSP Huygens Programme gives PhD students from China the opportunity to apply for scholarships. The deadline for sending in applications is February 1, 2010.
